As a Business Development Manager, you will achieve your sales targets by develop strategic account plans, building deep understanding of customer needs and identifying new business opportunities to expand market share. You are expected to keep updated of market trends and the competitive landscape to maintain leadership in the market.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in science with good experience managing key accounts in the molecular diagnostics industry. You should have flexibility for travel. Strong stakeholder and influencing skills to be successful in a matrix environment. Track record of successful solution selling and relationship building skills.
