Location: Hassocks you must be able to drive to access this business
Salary: 21,331 - ?25,822 - dependant on experience + shift allowance
Hours: 44 a week working a shift pattern of 2 days/2 nights and then 4 off.


We are currently recruiting for a busy and progressive aviation organisation based in Hassocks. The purpose of the role will be to provide customer support on a 24 hour, 365 days a year basis working for the organisations busiest department.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Handle all customer out of hour?s queries regarding grounded aircrafts that need new parts and components.
  • Respond to customer AOG and priority requirements in appropriate time frames.
  • Deliver high quality customer service at all times.
  • Manage customer accounts and contracts, including specific requirements.
  • Trade inventory by means of exchange, loan and sale.
  • Purchase items for customer requirements and brokered transactions.
  • Negotiate with customer and suppliers when needed.


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Preferred background in aviation or rotable trading.
  • Preferred comprehensive understanding of aircraft spares and airline AOG requirements.
  • Previous experience working with customers in a 24 hour service environment.
  • Professional and courteous phone manager.
