Insurance Retention Advisor
Location: Hove
Salary: £18k with performance bonus £22k OTE
Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00 – 18.00 (shift between these hours and one night per week till 7pm)

Are you self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills? Do you have the drive and passion to achieve your targets? If you’ve answered Yes, you are the person I am looking for to join a successful and busy Retention Team, renewing protection and life insurance policies to customers from warm leads.

My client is based in Hove and is known for investing and developing local talent. They pride themselves on honesty, integrity and being wholly customer focussed and they are now recruiting for experienced sales advisors to join their well-established team.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting policy holders about their renewals
• Going through other options available
• Dealing with incoming queries
• Retaining customers
• Going through quotations
• Working to renewal targets
• Updating the CRM accurately

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Proven telephone Customer service/sales/retention background
• Customer focused
• Have a proven background of working to targets and KPI’s
• Ideally have worked within a FCA regulated environment
