Broker Sales Executive
Salary: £20k + uncapped OTE
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm

I have great pleasure in supporting my highly reputable client in the recruitment of a Broker Sales Executive to join their expanding organisation based in Brighton.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers
• Outbound B2B calls
• Answering queries about the product and company
• Fact finding and asking appropriate questions to determine customer need
• Direct prospects to the field sales team as required
• Update the CRM accurately
• Manage a pipeline of sales
• Close sales
• Work to sales targets

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Proven telephone sales background in either B2B or B2C
• Enthusiastic and driven
• Consultative sales approach
• Strong telephone manner and communication skills
• Ideally have worked within a regulated environment however it is not a deal breaker
• Natural rapport builder
