I have a new client that I am excited to work with and hopefully you will be excited to apply for. They are expanding and looking to grow their sales team based in Worthing.
This is an award winning, successful and profitable tour operator with a 30-year history of providing luxury overseas holidays to the U.K. market. The company has a turnover of around £60m and its team of a hundred or so staff are based in modern offices.
The are looking for candidates, like you who want to be in the travel industry but also people with travel sales experience already. The basic salary will reflect your experience and this company wants everyone to be earning great money, so the commission structure and incentives are great! The discounts on holidays would be enough for me to apply.
We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated, Sales professionals to join this busy and successful team. Fun and banter in this office are an everyday occurrence.
Main responsibilities:
• Selling upmarket and luxury holidays
• Establish rapport and build new and existing relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and goals
• Creating bespoke and tailor-made packages for travel agents and direct customers
• Prioritise and deliver to create exceptional results
• Quick turnaround on customer requirements
• Administration duties
• High volume calls
• Offer exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations
• Maximise available opportunities
• Targeted environment
There is a shift pattern - on a rota – 09.00 – 20.00 Mon-Fri & 09.00 – 17.30 (3 in 5 Saturdays). However, most people book holidays after work, so it is worth the shift pattern to make more money.
If you have a keen interest in travel and have the ability to manage the customers’ needs in a timely manner. If you are self-driven and results-orientated. If you have a proven sales track record of working to targets and have excellent communication skills. Then this role is for you!
