Pier are assisting a local charity in their search for a reliable Drivers Mate who is available for ad-hoc, short-notice work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for occasional work, often booked in with just a couple of days’ notice.

You will be working across Sussex for a local, well known and successful charity. You will be lifting heavy objects and therefore must be physically fit and able to do this. For health and safety reasons, you will be expected to wear safety boots and these are generally provided by the company or Pier, unless you do have you own pair.

If you are able to drive, this is a benefit but not a necessity.

The role pays £8 per hour or £8.50 if your day involves driving. The work is generally needed between Monday – Friday.
