The role:

  • Managing a small sales team
  • Working alongside department managers
  • Ensuring smooth running of office
  • Setting targets
  • Implementing new ideas and processes
  • Reviews of staff
  • managing targets and budgets

You will:

  • Be an experienced Sales Manager or Contact Centre Manager looking to bring new ideas to an already successful team
  • Or be an experience Sales Team Leader looking for the next step in your career, with ideas and experience of how to motivate and progress a sales team
  • Be highly motivated
