The role:
- Managing a small sales team
- Working alongside department managers
- Ensuring smooth running of office
- Setting targets
- Implementing new ideas and processes
- Reviews of staff
- managing targets and budgets
You will:
- Be an experienced Sales Manager or Contact Centre Manager looking to bring new ideas to an already successful team
- Or be an experience Sales Team Leader looking for the next step in your career, with ideas and experience of how to motivate and progress a sales team
