Are you a computer literate IT professional with experience in working in the financial industry?
Are you looking for a role that may require some travel and occasional overnight stays?
If so we are currently recruiting for Technology Advisor for a busy Financial organisation based in Horsham.
Offering a salary of £25,000 this role will be supporting the Adviser Technology Manager. This includes delivering software training to office based company staff and Financial Advisers around the country so some overnight UK travel will be required. The role also includes data analysis and data cleansing, plus system development.
Duties will include:
- Attend meetings and demonstrate system software to new potential new Financial Advisory Firms
- Assist with the configuration and maintenance of software, including licence administration and upgrades.
- Delivering software training
- Data analysis and cleansing
- System development
The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience:
- Financial Services qualifications desirable. Support will be provided to continue/ commence specific training or study which would be of benefit in your work
- Experience in financial services and product knowledge desirable, although training will be provided.
- Experience in software training to non-IT staff.
- A background in customer service is preferable.
- Experience using Intelligent Office and/or Synaptic Fusion research suite
