Salary: GBP19000 - GBP23000 per annum

Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Support Agent to join an innovative leader within their sector. This is an exciting time to join an expanding business and build a career.

Duties:

  • Arranging and obtaining appointments for Account Managers
  • Diary Management
  • Monitor and manage upcoming activity
  • Outbound call sessions, events and mail-outs and customer drop-in sessions
  • Customer qualification
  • Completing activity in line with service and quality standards
  • Manage client database
  • Committed to development 

 

Requirements:

  • You MUST possess a positive, hardworking attitude
  • You MUST be computer literate with good administration experience
  • You MUST be highly organised, efficient and focused
  • You MUST be a confident individual
  • You MUST have a can-do approach with excellent communication skills
  • IDEALLY you will come from a similar background with 1 years minimum experience
