Duties:
- Arranging and obtaining appointments for Account Managers
- Diary Management
- Monitor and manage upcoming activity
- Outbound call sessions, events and mail-outs and customer drop-in sessions
- Customer qualification
- Completing activity in line with service and quality standards
- Manage client database
- Committed to development
Requirements:
- You MUST possess a positive, hardworking attitude
- You MUST be computer literate with good administration experience
- You MUST be highly organised, efficient and focused
- You MUST be a confident individual
- You MUST have a can-do approach with excellent communication skills
- IDEALLY you will come from a similar background with 1 years minimum experience
