Customer Care Supervisor

Customer Care Supervisor (RL5241) North Yorkshire, England

Castle Business Support are recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Care Supervisor to join an expanding retail business based in Helmsley, North Yorkshire. 

The responsibilities of the Customer Care Supervisor;

  • Providing highest levels of customer service
  • Order taking over the telephone and advising customers
  • Dealing with customer queries over the telephone, via email and in writing, ensuring that these are resolved in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring customer returns are processed quickly and any queries are dealt with
  • Planning team rotas ensuring effective staff cover
  • Efficiently planning and prioritising daily work flow of department.
  • Setting and monitoring of departmental KPIs
  • Supervising team to ensure daily sales targets are met
  • Mentoring and developing Customer Care assistants

The successful candidate  will have:

  • Experience of working in customer service environment (fashion retail would be a benefit)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Outgoing personality with ability to motivate people

  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload and work accurately in a busy retail environment

  • Commercially minded with excellent IT skills

  • Experience of working in a fashion/retail environment
