Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Product Manager to join a well-established Manufacturing company in the Scarborough area. Working for a market leader in this sector this is an exciting time to join an expanding business. You will lead the creation and activation of the plans in order to deliver the commercial KPI's and brand health measures.

Duties:

• Collaborate with SPM to create the future strategy and fiscal plans for your occasion
• Demonstrate clear understanding of product performance and financials and interpret to find opportunities for growth, both ex-factory drivers of volume and profit and in-market consumer behaviour and brand health
• Plan, develop, execute and evaluate integrated media campaigns, to include an understanding of the TV process. Ensure all product communications are integrated within brand campaign message
• Champion packaging design, development and manage changes efficiently for your portfolio
• Lead individual NPD projects from insight to market deliver and instigate EPD improvements where opportunities present to drive further growth for products of responsibility
• Understand impact of pricing and promotions on performance and make recommendations on 4P strategies for portfolio
• Work effectively with cross functional teams and external agencies keeping all stakeholders up to date with product activity

Requirements:

• You MUST have at least 3 year's experience working within a marketing department either as a Product Manager or Assistant Product Manager
• You MUST be enthusiastic, hardworking with a zest for learning and progression
• IDEALLY you will come from a background in Manufacturing
• You MUST have experience of managing a portfolio of products
• You MUST have a can-do attitude with excellent IT and communication skills

The Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm with no weekend work!
• Possible opportunity to work from home a few days a week
• Salary: Up to £45,000 pa with real potential to progress within the company
• Full-time, permanent position
