Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Client Services Manager to join a fast-growing property specialist. Working for a market leader in property this is an exciting time to join an expanding business.

Duties:
- Liaising with the property sourcing teams, mortgage teams, rental teams and maintenance team on a daily basis
- Resolving client queries effectively and efficiently
- Responsible for delivering an excellent client experience
- Developing new and existing client relationships
- Reviewing clients investments
- Working closely with clients to advise them and help them move their investment forward
- Occasionally attending evening events with clients
Requirements:
- You MUST love talking to people and committed to giving a great service
- You MUST be enthusiastic, hardworking with a zest for learning and progression
- IDEALLY you will be a real people person with an ability to communicate effectively and positively
- You MUST have a customer service experience

The Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, additional weekend/evening hours may be required dependent on business requirements
- up to £20,000pa plus the ability to earn a further £6,000pa in on target earnings.
