Salary: GBP18000 - GBP25000 per annum

Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Client Services Manager to join a fast-growing property specialist. Working for a market leader in property this is an exciting time to join an expanding business.

Duties:

  • The company is growing rapidly as they have entered new markets and developed new relationships. The client services role is a key role within the team to manage the day to day communication and delivery of outstanding service with clients.
  • Five different arms of the business are involved in delivering the Insight Group investments and this role is to pull together all the communication from the different businesses and make the clients experience an excellent one.
  • This will involve liaising with the property sourcing teams, mortgage teams, rental team and maintenance team on a daily basis to drive forward the process for our clients and to deal with any problems or queries.
  • You will take full responsibility for the delivery of an excellent client experience and take a part in driving the improvement of the client experience across the company.
  • The role will also involve developing relationships with clients that will make them raving fans of the company and comfortable to refer us to many family and friends.
  • Training will be given in this area to the right client services manager
  • This role may occasionally involve evening work attending events with clients or entertaining them.

Requirements:

  • You MUST love talking to people and committed to giving a great service
  • You MUST be enthusiastic, hardworking with a zest for learning and progression
  • IDEALLY you will be a real people person with an ability to communicate effectively and positively  
  • You MUST have a customer service experience 

Company:

The company is the market leading and largest property portfolio building company in the UK and is also amongst the top three companies in property education, in addition to being a leading property sourcing company.

The Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, additional hours may be required dependent on business requirement
  • Salary of £18,000 per annum in the probationary period of three months and then rising to £20,000 per annum after successfully completing the probationary period. Then increasing after 9 months and a year of successful work to a salary of £22,000.  Also, there is a commission structure attached to this role which can result in an additional £3000+ for on target commissions.
