Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Property Management Manager to join a fast-growing property specialist. Working for a market leader in property this is an exciting time to join an expanding business.

Are you task driven, highly organised with ability to lead and direct your team to hit their targets and capable of managing volume accounts?

Do you have previous experience within the property development maintenance/management sector?

Duties:

• Delivering great training for new starters
• Working on the ‘shop floor’ with the team, observing work and tasks and motivating, tweaking and supporting them
• Working with the completions and lettings teams to ensure world class handovers
• Building and developing outstanding communication and project management skills to ensure exceptional tenant and landlord service
• Setting and managing KPIs that will ensure the highest level of client service
• Ensuring we are meeting all legal and environment health obligations
• Developing the existing team into ARLA qualified practitioners
• Managing this part of the business to meet financial budgets and targets, particularly around refurbishment
• Being an expert and escalation point for the team
• Working with other business managers to ensure a joined-up business approach

Requirements:

• You MUST possess a positive, hardworking attitude with an ability to hit set targets & KPI’s
• You MUST be system driven ensuring the systems are up to date at all times
• You MUST be highly organised, efficient and focused
• You MUST have a can-do approach with excellent communication skills
• IDEALLY you will come from a property or maintenance background with previous leadership experience

The Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm with no weekend work
• Salary Dependent on experience
