The Position:

Castle Business Support are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our client based in the Scarborough area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join an established company with amazing career progression opportunities.

This role is a unique opportunity to join a Successful Property business based in Scarborough with a view  to deliver on marketing objectives to drive the business performance forward. Manage the brand on all social media channels and come up with innovative and creative ideas in order to maximise lead potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• To be creative and bring new and fresh ideas to the table by researching the market, watching what other are doing well and modelling them
• To action with precision any agreed strategies, knowing that precision is what gets results
• To be driven to test and measure so we implement, test and measure and tweak 
• To launch and drive were strategies for the business e.g. Google ad words and affiliate partners work etc
• To manage and drive websites and external marketing image
• To join a team of 3 Marketing professionals in an ever expanding team environment and work along side each other towards set goals and targets

Requirements:

• You MUST be a self-starter that challenges yourself and others
• You MUST have an eye for creativity and be able to distinguish between great and poor
• You MUST display a close attention to detail
• You MUST be able to confidently prioritise whilst working at pace
• You MUST be able to establish a clear, realistic focus on results
• You MUST be self-aware, with the desire to identify & improve personal development areas
• You MUST possess effective communication and reporting skills
• IDEALLY you will be a recent graduate with a Marketing or Business degree who has an interest and passion in a career in marketing.

 The Benefits:

• Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.00pm

• Up to £22,000 pa dependent on experience
• Office based role, travel may be required from time-to-time.
