Property Deal Negotiator (RL5083) Scarborough, England
Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Property Deal Negotiator to join a fast-growing property specialist. Working for a market leader in property this is an exciting time to join an expanding business.
Duties:
- Negotiate with estate agents and vendors to get agreed prices that match the investment criteria and evaluation of relevant properties
- Package up in brochure form for the investment clients agreed properties
- Explain and convince the investment clients that chosen properties match the investment criteria and are great investments for their future (they have already bought the service so just ensuring they happy with that property)
- Get property purchases agreed and then communicate with all parties so that purchase can take place.
Qualifications:
We are looking for no specific qualifications, full training will be provided. We want great negotiators, who love people and communicating with them. You should love striking a deal and looking for the best possible price.

Salary is £ 20,000 pa
Health Cover, Gym membership, Sports and social events, 0% loans are all a part of the package
Working Hours are 9am until 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
All full-time staff are entitled to 23 days holiday each calendar year plus bank holidays, these total 31 days off per year.
All contracted staff will be eligible for Health-care cover under the company scheme with Health shield. This will also cover partners and any dependent children up to the age of 18 that live at the same address as the staff member.
