The Position:

Castle Business Support are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our client based in the Malton area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join an established company with an amazing reputation.

This role is a unique opportunity to join a Successful Manufacturing business based in Malton with a view  to deliver on marketing objectives to drive the business performance forward. Manage the brand on all social media channels and assist in traditional PR.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop an understanding of brand guidelines and target consumer segments to ensure a consistent delivery of the brand proposition on all social media touch points
• Responsible in dealing with customer messages and comments on social media channels in a timely manner, ensuring company brand guidelines and tone of voice is adhered to
• Identify and plan opportunities for comms on social media platforms, keeping in mind target audience 
• Research and review key trends in social media platforms and implement to grow online community
• Support external Marketing company to plan and implement annual focus areas for consumer communications on social media
• Monitor and track performance of all social media and content activity
• Update E-newsletters as and when required
• Creating content to update company Brochures
• Standard PR functions when required
• Event planning and attendance as and when required

• You MUST be a self-starter that challenges yourself and other
• You MUST have an eye for creativity and be able to distinguish between great and poor
• You MUST display a close attention to detail
• You MUST be able to confidently prioritise whilst working at pace
• You MUST be able to establish a clear, realistic focus on results
• You MUST be self-aware, with the desire to identify & improve personal development areas
• You MUST possess effective communication and reporting skills
• IDEALLY you will be a recent graduate with a Marketing or Business degree who has an interest and passion in a career in marketing.

 The Benefits:

• Mon - Thurs, 9am - 5.00pm
• Fri, 9am - 12.00pm

• Up to £24,000 pa dependent on experience
• Office based role, travel may be required from time-to-time.
