Salary: GBP17000 - GBP18000 per annum

Job Role;

  • High standard of written & verbal skills
  • Be able to demonstrate strong administrative experience
  • Be able to demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly at all levels and deal with telephone calls in a polite and informative manner
  • Ability to keep accurate records and produce statistical information as required
  • Ability to use own initiative, be proactive and manage own workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Have experience and be fluent in the use of MS Office

Castle Business Support division are keen to work with or speak to anyone with previous Client Service Support experience, Customer Service experience, Inbound call management and Administration experience.
