Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Lettings/Viewings Negotiator to join a fast-growing property specialist. Working for a market leader in property this is an exciting time to join an expanding business.

Duties:
- Building rapport with property applicants
- Calling all leads twice daily
- Registering enquires and arranging appointments/viewings
- Chasing maintenance works on all empty properties so they are ready to let
- Advertising empty properties
- Using social media to advertise properties
- Checking tenant references
- Selecting responsible, reliable tenants
- Co-ordinating move-ins
- Arranging external agents when needed
- Ensuring all regulations regarding insurance with empty properties is adhered to
- Recording all KPI’s daily.
Requirements:
- You MUST love talking to people and working towards targets
- You MUST be enthusiastic, hardworking with a zest for learning and progression
- IDEALLY you will come from a background in property or sales
- You MUST have experience of telephone based work and delivering excellent customer service
- You MUST have a can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
