Salary: GBP16000 - GBP20000 per annum

THE POSITION:

Castle Business Support are looking for an Administrator for a company based in Scarborough within the Financial Services sector.

You would provide administration support to the business, assisting in the day-to-day running of the client files as required.

 

 

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous administration experience ideally within the financial services sector
  • Data input and administration of the company database
  • To assist in pre-& post-client meeting packs including sign up documents, completing research, preparing reports
  • Keeping client’s files maintained electronically to the companies’ standard
  • Answering the telephone, arranging meetings with clients, and taking messages as required
  • Scanning & Photocopying
  • To maintain at all times the confidentiality of information available regarding any financial and private information about the company, it’s Director, Staff and Clients.
