Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Client Services Manager to join a fast-growing property specialist. Working for a market leader in property this is an exciting time to join an expanding business.

Duties:

• Loving our clients
• managing the team to successfully achieve their goals, objectives and KPIs
• Regular 1-2-1's, performance appraisals and managing performance development plans with all team members
• Creating training plans and delivering training to the team
• Being the leader for our client experience throughout the entire business
• Taking ownership for our Net Promoter Score and proactively managing how it improves
• Managing our transition from client service to client experience 
• Analysing client complaints and ensuring a great complaints process exists to resolve complaints and understand/implement key learning's
• Leading by example and show a willingness to roll up your sleeves and join the team
• Creating process and systems for client services to ensure consistency and quality
• Creating progress reports and operational updates for the Executive Team
• Attending Management Meetings
• Creating quarterly plans that will identify how client services will deliver to KPIs and continue to grow
• Take ownership and responsibility for delivering NPS, Referrals, Next Fees and Portfolio reviews
• Wanting to go the extra mile and help people

Requirements:

• You MUST love talking to people and committed to giving a great service
• You MUST be enthusiastic, hardworking with a zest for learning and progression
• IDEALLY you will be a real people person with an ability to communicate effectively and positively  
• You MUST have a customer service experience

The company is the market leading and largest property portfolio building company in the UK and is also amongst the top three companies in property education, in addition to being a leading property sourcing company.

The Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, additional hours may be required dependent on business requirements
• £25,000 to £30,000 pa dependant on experience
• Full-time, permanent position
