 HR Coordinator

An HR Coordinator is required for a market leading manufacturing company based South of Leeds, West Yorkshire.

A fantastic opportunity to join an HR team, as the Coordinator, for a reputable, international manufacturing company with the opportunity to grow and develop with a competitive salary on offer as well as an immediate start!

Duties:

Provide professional support and advice to management and employees on generalist HR issues including:

  • Disciplinary and Grievance
  • Absence and lateness
  • HR Policies and Procedures
  • Equality and Diversity and conditions of employment
  • Learning and development
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Employee Relations
  • Service delivery and information

Additionally, you will provide HR support to management teams in areas such as department structure and job design, ER, performance and discipline management, as well as contributing and reviewing HR initiatives that support the business.

Requirements:

I am keen to speak to anyone who has had good exposure to HR and is ready to make that next step so if you are currently working as an HR Officer/HR Coordinator or Senior HR Administrator with experience of Employee Relations operational work then I would love to have a chat with you. You will need to be able to relate to people on all levels and be confident and comfortable working within a manufacturing environment.
