Salary: GBP22000 - GBP23000 per annum + pension, flexible hours

 HR Coordinator

Experienced HR Coordinator required for a manufacturing client based near Leeds, West Yorkshire.

A fantastic opportunity to join an HR team, as the Coordinator, for a reputable, international manufacturing company with the opportunity to grow and develop.

Duties:

Provide professional support and advice to management teams and employees on generalist HR issues including:

  • Disciplinary and Grievance
  • Absence and lateness
  • HR Policies and Procedures
  • Equality and Diversity and conditions of employment
  • Learning and development
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Employee Relations
  • Service delivery and information

Additionally, you will provide HR support to management teams in areas such as department structure and job design, ER, performance and discipline management, as well as contributing and reviewing HR initiatives that support the business.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified to level 5, or studying towards, and demonstrate a strong HR generalist background gained in a manufacturing environment, or similar, have excellent organisational skills, be able to use their own initiative as well as work as part of a team. Excellent IT skills are essential, especially the use of excel and the experience of using HR systems. You will need to be able to relate to people on all levels and be confident and comfortable working within a manufacturing environment.
