HR Administrator

HR Administrator (VC9358) York, England

Salary: GBP17000 - GBP20000 per annum + pension, bonus, car allowance

The Position:

An HR Administrator is required to join a bespoke HR Consultancy firm on the outskirts of York.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a great business, being responsible for the day to day onboarding administration for the HR Consultants within the team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administration support for HR Consultants
  • All onboarding administration within the team
  • Booking and arranging of travel for Directors and consultants inclusive of all administration
  • Dealing with inbound queries and leads and being proactive with dealing with these
  • Maintaining all files and making sure all is kept up to date and accurate
  • Making onboarding calls to clients in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Meeting all KPIs set
  • Communication to new clients through letters, email and ‘Guide Me’ presentations
  • When needed, support with interviews and career fairs
  • Work collaboratively with the HR Consultants making sure a professional, effective and efficient service is always given to all clients
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally

 

Requirements:

I am keen to speak with anyone who has had experience of HR administration as well as having fabulous customer service skills. You will need to be an excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude and the ability to manage a varied workload. You will need to have strong attention to detail, a proactive and driven approach and the desire to progress within HR.
