Business Process Operations Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants is looking for a Business Process Operations Analyst to join one of our top financial clients in Minneapolis, MN. The Business Process Operations Analyst will act as a liaison between business and program organizations (business readiness and testing) by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Readiness scope includes some oversight and responsibility over Business Processes, procedures, trial validations, dress rehearsals, training, dual processing, reversals and corrections and data mapping and configuration
  • Provide business and technical assistance in identifying, evaluating procedures that meet business requirements
  • Work with user groups in resolving questions, providing solutions, assess user needs, and recommend changes to approach
  • Extract and document requirements for system changes
  • May assist in test plan components, process decomposition and test scripts
  • May act as an internal consultant within organization and LOBs and use quality tools and processes for metrics reporting and progress tracking
  • Understand change initiatives, reporting and analysis
  • Consult with management and business partners on strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for the applicable business functions
