Business Systems Consultant Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Business Systems Consultant for an opportunity in Minneapolis, MN. The Business Systems Consultant will develop communication materials, presentations, goals and plans, including application issues and training plans to team members and senior level management. He or she will need 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, implement, lead and/or monitor large scale initiatives for Trust Services Group and communicate status to stakeholders
• Apply complex cross departmental processes to business strategies
• Provide line of business support in reviewing designs and evaluating new solutions
• Work collaboratively with teams across operations, vendors, system professionals and consultants
• Present recommendations to senior management in a meaningful format and lead change efforts
• Develop effective partnerships within a large group of stakeholders and foster an environment that results in highly energized and engaged teams who are adequately prepared to navigate change
• Compile, analyze and interpret data to make strategic and tactical recommendations for the future support model
• Use analysis to solve complex operational, systems related and/or customer support issues

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated/proven leadership skills
• Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
• Highly motivated individual with innate ability to drive results
• Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Financial services industry experience
• Experience in a support or help desk role
• Strong documentation skills (workflows, action planning, impact analysis)
• Strong customer satisfaction focus
• Instinctive ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
• Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
• Exceptional ability to present complex, technical concepts in a digestible, consumable manner across all levels of management
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
• Ability to lead, organize, and manage projects beginning to end that require coordinated efforts across multiple functions
