Technical Support - Mobile Device (T1169117-CNA) West Palm Beach, Florida

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Technician for an immediate contract through the end of the year with a large client in West Palm Beach.  We’re seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of Mobile Deive/ hand-held device support as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.  The position requires the person to work with iOS (Apple) devices to address hardware issues, 3rd party software questions, deploy new versions of home grown applications, managing devices using MaaS360 Mobile Device Management(MDM) system, test iOS applications, talk to customers with issues over phone and must be able to follow instructions and be able to document procedures for device management. Experience with ticketing systems like Remedy and Service Desk a plus.

Required Skills:

2+ years of technical support experience

Experience with supporting mobile devices, ipads, iphones, tablets, etc

Experience supporting hardware issues as well as 3rd party software

Ability to deploy home grown iOS applications

MaaS360 MDM or similar tool experience

Desired Skills: 

Experience with Ticketing Systems – Remedy , Service Now, or similar
