Our client is a leading manufacturer and wholesale distribution business serving the needs of the HVAC & Refrigeration industry across Australia with a strong local heritage while being supported by an International Company.
They are currently seeking Internal Sales/Customer Service Consultants for their multiple locations who can provide exceptional customer service in regard to general queries involving the business and dealing with trades people.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Greet clients and customers
• Work with a high degree of autonomy, with authority to make decisions in relation to specific customer contact matters
• Manage inbound client calls
• Pick stock as required by the customer
• Process customer orders

The successful applicants will need to demonstrate:
• A warm, approachable manner
• Excellent verbal communication skills, able to identify, confirm and action customer requirements
• High personal integrity and loyalty
• Previous experience in a customer service, trade environment highly regarded
• Current forklift licence highly regarded
