Located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, our client specialises in a complete range of services extending from initial consultation and design, through to installation, inspections and service.

We are currently seeking the services of an experienced and highly motivated Sandblaster to join their team.

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Familiarity of stainless steel, aluminium and cast iron
• The ability to work with a range of metal types and thicknesses
• Capable of working independently
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

This role includes, but is not limited to:

• Preparing metal pieces for sandblasting
• Sandblasting (ensuring all marks & scratches are removed)
• Post Sandblasting – prepare/deburr welds for Powder Coaters
• Operating blasting equipment
• Working efficiently within the production line
• Maintaining an excellent standard of sandblasting and workmanship
