Based in modern offices in Campbellfield, we seek an experienced Coordinator to ensure orders received into the Australian Operations are executed within agreed Customer Specifications.

A typical day will include but not limited to:

• Executing customer orders received and qualified from sales team
• Raise purchase orders with suppliers and subcontractors in timely manner
• Arrange and liaise with factory staff to ensure personnel, parts & equipment required to complete orders are scheduled and received
• Arrange inwards/outwards freight from overseas & local suppliers
• Reporting on key sales activities at weekly & monthly meetings both internally and customer facing
• Managing multiple orders with short and long lead times

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a similar role/industry- manufacturing highly regarded
• Superior interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent computer skills to enable up-to-date information and processes
• Being proactive, process driven, hands on and assertive/confident
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal/external key stakeholders
• Customer is number one in all communications. Follow up and clarity is imperative
