In this customer service job, you’ll be having conversations that really matter. You’ll be talking to people who have real problems, those who are experiencing financial difficulties and need your help to get things back on track.

We are working towards April start dates and there are a range of different shift patterns available to suit your lifestyle.

What you’ll need

If you haven’t worked in a call centre before it really doesn’t matter. What’s more important is that you can deal with people; listen, empathise and advise, whether that be through prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality or an office environment. The comprehensive training will teach you the rest.

One last thing…you’ll need to pass a credit check, basic Disclosure Scotland and fraud checks.
