In order to reinforce our team, we are looking for a (m/f): Senior Security Expert
As ICT Service Delivery Expert, based on your technical expertise, you design, implement, and, operate 24/7 tailor-made and standardized ICT solutions, and ensure service management, technical consultancy and effective pre-, and after sales support in order to maximize margin, and meet/exceed expectations of external professional and wholesale customers in accordance with SLAs and/or contract.
This includes the specific following tasks and responsibilities :
- You validate proposed solution in pre-sales phase.
- You implement ICT solutions on customer Site.
- You operate and maintain ICT solutions.
- You provide technical advice towards customers and colleagues in order to effectively inform them, and recommend the appropriate technical solution.
- You develop, maintain and share technical expertise and customer specific information.
- You define, control and optimize the margin and take corrective actions when needed.
- You are located on customer site in Hooglede.
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience and deep expertise in networking and routing protocols, security products (firewall, proxy, anti-virus,
anti-spam).
Specific product knowledge in preferably Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Cisco Ironport, Bluecoat, F5 LTM.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written).
- You take initiative and systematically drive for results.
- You are able to meet and exceed customers' expectations.
- You are able to understand, advice and explain highly complex business challenges/trends/strategy in your domain.
