Job Summary:
The position is responsible to provide HR generalist support to client group on a daily basis including employee relations, recruitment and integration, policy enforcement and performance management. Responsible for HRIS data integrity and all HR administrative processes for the group are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Work alongside and in close partnership with Store Managers and field business leaders to understand the retail stores’ business strategies and develop and promote HR initiatives to help support those strategies. Enhance processes as opportunities are identified.

Key Job Accountabilities:
·Business Partnership/Employee Relations — provide on-going coaching and counsel to business leaders and employees. Oversee workplace policies and procedures, including investigations and recommending courses of action. Ensure issues across the region are handled in a consistent manner with limited exposure to the company. Champion behavior that is aligned with the company’s code of conduct and workplace expectations.
·Talent Management — in partnership with the Store Managers and field management, monitor the performance management process (MAP), elevating the focus on our internal talents and development planning. Provide support to client group on technical questions, timelines and elevate issues as necessary
·Recruitment & Selection — oversee all aspects of recruitment for open positions in the regional area of responsibility. Ensure that best practice interview techniques are in use and applicant tracking systems are in full compliance.
·Systems Management - Responsible for HRIS data integrity. Ensure that HR administrative processes for the client group are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
·Integration — oversee and ensure that the FIT program is compliant for all new hires and transfers are integrated properly into the organization. Make certain that line managers are taking an active role. Lead New Leader Assimilation sessions where applicable.

Job Requirements:
·Bachelor degree and 5 years minimum relevant experience required
·Multi-unit retail HR experience preferred.
·Excellent customer service, communication/presentation, influencing, problem solving and creative solution generation skills
·Business acumen and strong analytical skills
·Must be organized, detail oriented, able to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
·Must be able to inspire and motivate teams with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for the business.
·Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (with ability to learn internal systems).
