User Researcher

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a User Researcher to join an award winning national charity based in St. Pauls, London. You will undertake user research activities to support the design and implementation of their Digital Workplace.

The ideal User Researcher will have a diverse research methodology and a flexible mindset towards working within an iterative research environment. The User Researcher will not only have the opportunity to help to shape the direction of research within the new digital workplace team, but they will also have the opportunity to contribute towards company-wide Communities of Practice. In addition to this, the User Researcher will be taking on brand new and exciting projects which will shape the team and improve their digital workplace.
The User Researcher will also have the chance to make an immediate impact on a hugely worthwhile organisation which helps thousands of people each week. You will work in an environment offering 35 hour working weeks and the option to work from home as needed.

Skills required for the User Researcher role are:

  • A diverse research methodology and flexible mindset
  • Experience within User Research
  • The ability to work within iterative processes rather than traditional methodological approaches
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
