E-commerce Marketing Analyst
Curacao is seeking a full-time Marketing Analyst to join its eBusiness Group.  The Marketing Analyst job involves a broad technical and data analysis skill set as well as business knowledge for quantitative marketing analysis and reporting.  The ideal candidate will be someone who has intellectual curiosity and analytic capability.  The Senior Online Marketing Analyst is responsible for all aspects of marketing analysis, marketing research, and quantitative analysis of the company. 
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:

•Developing marketing strategies, executing marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing campaign performance. 
•Prepares sales forecasts and makes recommendations based on sales coverage, market size, penetration, marketing practices, historical trends and expected market events.
•Coordinates with merchandise and operation groups to develop monthly sales forecasts and sales margin optimization.
•Addresses and analyzes marketing programs using the following techniques:

­ Customer profiling
­ Data Analysis and mining
­ External data enhancement
 Financial Modeling

•Experience performing sophisticated quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
•Developing marketing strategies, executing marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing campaign performance. 
•Perform pricing and cost analysis.
•Coordinate the execution and delivery of all advertising assets to vendors.
•Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
•Must have statistics and direct marketing experience.
•Recognize gaps for potential marketing and sales.
•Conduct market research to analyze competition, and determine brand perceptions.
•Using obtained data to formulate the basis of the E-Business divisions marketing plan. through focus on improving sales and gaining advantage over competitors.
•Summarize basic research into concise and accurate reports.
•Work both independently and within a team environment.
•Research Online market conditions or changes in the E-Commerce industry that may affect sales.
Minimum Requirements

•Three or more years’ experience in business quantitative/analytic arena.
•At least 3 years of strong marketing experience.
•Strong analytics including statistical analysis reporting aptitude.
•Strategic thinking ability.
•Bachelors Degree in Marketing or business or related quantitative field.  Master's degree (M. A.) in Marketing, business or related quantitative field highly desired.
•Hands-on programming experience, SAS or other analytic software.
•Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are a must.
•Strong Excel experience required and strong Access desired.
The hours of operations are approximately 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays with occasional weekends.  Our offices are located in Downtown Los Angeles, CA
