Job Purpose: Create reporting, analyze customer data and marketing campaign results, and formulate actionable recommendations to internal clients. Understand internal client needs. Independently formulate and validate hypotheses based upon data and trends. Provide actionable input on future campaign development, based upon experience and insights drawn from data, in order to increase success of marketing campaigns.
1. Communicate with internal Marketing clients to understand their marketing and campaign objectives and needs, set up standard reports, ad hoc analyses, and provide access to key data.
2. Identify target audience(s) for various multi-channel, multi-wave campaigns.
3. Performs detailed campaign segmentation, selection, forecasting, and performance studies.
4. Integrate complex customer and marketing data, primarily from customer database, to develop strategic analysis and customer profiles
5. Automates standard reporting procedures.
6. Develop meaningful, actionable market analyses that shape and support a wide variety of marketing initiatives.
7. Identify key insights as a result of data analysis and recommend actions when appropriate, including recommendations to drive revenue and to improve profitability
8. Write and present key findings to marketing partners.
