German Speaking Helpdesk Analyst – Microsoft – Telford

IT Support/Active Directory/Windows/Microsoft/ITIL/User Administration/Helpdesk/Incidents/SLA

 

Multilingual Helpdesk Analyst required for a specialist manufacturing organisation based in Telford. You will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to all employees across EMEA sites including German, English and French speakers. You will be required to manage incidents and communicate effectively across the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide 1st line support and assistance to end users across the EMEA offices
  • Provide excellent support and translations for helpdesk incidents and service requests raised from German speakers.
  • Handle support requests within SLA’s and escalating where required
  • Assist in software installations and carry out user administration (Active Directory)
  • Handle and escalate incidents and communicate solutions and updates across the organisation

 

Key Skills

  • Excellent 1st line support/helpdesk support experience
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory such as user administration
  • Excellent working experience with Microsoft Servers and Technologies
  • Good experience with TCP/IP, VMWare, VPN, Routing, Firewalls would be beneficial
  • Clear written and verbal communication.

Our client is offering up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience for this position.
