ERP Support Analyst – D365 – London

Dynamics 365/Microsoft/ERP Support/CRM/Warehouse Management/Dynamics AX/NAV/Reporting

ERP Support Analyst required for a leading consumer goods organisation based in London. You will be responsible for supporting internal users on a recent implementation of Dynamics 365. You will be required to support business processes and create training materials. There will be a large element of warehouse management within this role so knowledge of WMS or distribution is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support on the company’s ERP application and handle user requests
• Perform daily and monthly operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows
• Assist with system testing
• Provide informal training for users on the ERP application
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes to ensure operations run smoothly

Key Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Operations and Finance
• Good experience of supporting users on ERP systems
• Good knowledge of Dynamics AX / Dynamics NAV / PowerBI / JD Edwards / Grate Planes is desirable

• Knowledge of supply chain, distribution or warehouse management is desirable

• Clear written and verbal communication.

Our client is offering up to £36,500 per annum depending on experience for this position, plus an excellent benefits package
