Ripe Insurance are working in partnership with Crimson to source multiple highly skilled IT professionals including Business Analysts, Full Stack .Net Developers and BI Analysts to support and successfully deliver their current and upcoming projects.
Ripe is a tech-driven insurance specialist for niche sectors with products including Golf Care, the UK’s number one golf insurance brand. With a 60-strong team, Ripe handles over 200,000 policyholders across its brand portfolio. Over the next 12 months they will be delivering a large migration project, bringing all 14 brands on to a common platform to ensure consistency and an excellent service for their customers.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to capture detailed requirements for web development projects specifically in relation to their digital agenda. Excellent collaboration with stakeholders across the business is vital. Experience of Agile working is advantageous, along with a flexible work approach. You will also be responsible for the management of a team of Developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture requirements for digital projects – specifically web-based projects
- Translate business requirements into acceptance criteria
- Assist with project proposals, definition, planning and the mapping of project work
- Provide support across the full project lifecycle
- Take a lead in project work streams, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and creating strong relationships
- Offer solutions to technical problems and develop solutions with your team
Key Skills required
- Core business analyst skills including requirements gathering, workshops, analysis
- Previous management experience including appraisals, performance management and overall team management
- Excellent web-based project experience
- Knowledge of MS Visual Studio, Jira, Visio and O365
- Experience within the digital, insurance or e-Commerce sector preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

The salary on offer for this position is up to £48,000 with an excellent benefits package.
