ERP Support Analyst – D365 – Coventry

ERP Support Analyst required for a leading consumer goods organisation based in Coventry. You will be responsible for supporting internal users on a recent implementation of Dynamics 365. You will be required to support business processes and create training materials. There will be a large element of warehouse management within this role so knowledge of WMS or distribution is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional support on the company’s ERP application and handle user requests
- Perform daily and monthly operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows
- Assist with system testing
- Provide informal training for users on the ERP application
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes to ensure operations run smoothly
Key Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Operations and Finance
- Good experience of supporting users on ERP systems
- Knowledge of supply chain, distribution or warehouse management
- Good knowledge of Dynamics AX / Dynamics NAV / PowerBI / JD Edwards / Grate Planes is desirable
- Clear written and verbal communication.
