IT Systems Administrator – IPTV/AV – Blackpool

IT Support/Active Directory/Infrastructure/Windows/Hardware/Software/Helpdesk/MS/Mac/IPTV

IT Systems Administrator required for a specialist Sporting organisation based in Blackpool. My client is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their growing business to support with day to day support on hardware and software issues, suggest improvements for their infrastructure and to streamline their processes. Knowledge of IPTV, live streaming and AV would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to internal users and various clients across the UK
• Manage client support calls and log all actions
• Build, install and configure desktop PC’s and iPads
• Monitor systems, back up systems and ensure all aspects of the company’s systems are running correctly
• Streamline IT processes and make suggestions and improvements where necessary

Key Skills

• Good IT support experience is required
• Experience of IPTV is highly desirable
• Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS and Servers, Mac’s, iPads and O365
• Good knowledge of Networking including Routing, Ports, Switches, Patching, VPNs and WiFi
• Some cloud knowledge would be advantageous
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Our client is offering between £25,000 and £35,000 per annum depending on experience for this position, plus an excellent benefits package including a bonus scheme and fantastic social events throughout the year.
