Digital Product Executive – CMS – Slough
Digital/Owner/Analyst/Content Management/Analytics/SQL Database/Solutions/Portal/Web/Apps
Project Manager required for a leading client based in Slough. You will support the Digital Product Owner to deliver solutions across the organisation’s multi-channel assets including portals, apps and websites. This role is well suited to someone who wants to develop into a Digital Product Owner/Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the role
- Action change requests and apply changes across websites, applications and portals
- Provide and maintain an excellent customer experience
- Work with business units to maintain content across the company
- Support Digital Product Owner with actionable metrics
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties
Key Skills of the role
- Experience within a Product Executive/Analyst role
- Strong Digital experience
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (i.e. Sitecore)
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Experience of Analytics (i.e. Google) and SQL Database preferred
- Clear written and verbal communication.
