IT Support Analyst – MS Dynamics ERP – Coventry

IT Support Analyst required for an exciting consumer goods organisation based near Coventry Airport. We are seeking an individual with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP/Business Central/Finance and Operations/Supply Chain Management/Great Plains. You will play a key part in supporting internal users, providing technical and functional day-to-day support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional support on the company’s ERP application and handle user requests
- Perform daily and monthly operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows
- Assist with system testing
- Provide informal training for users on the ERP application
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes to ensure operations run smoothly
Key Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Operations and Finance/Business Central
- Strong experience of ERP user support
- Good knowledge of reporting and analytic applications
- Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, warehouse management or bar coding system would be advantageous
- Clear written and verbal communication.

Our client is offering up to £43,000 per annum for this position plus an excellent benefits package
