Business Analyst required for a specialist client based in South Manchester. You will be responsible for capturing detailed requirements for IT development projects and taking business problems through to technical solutions. Excellent collaboration with stakeholders across the business is vital. Our client is seeking 1 Business Analyst to sit within a change team, and 1 Business Analyst to sit within a larger transformation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, document and clearly communicate business requirements
- Assist with project proposals, definition, planning and the mapping of project work
- Provide support across the full project lifecycle
- Take a lead in project work streams, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and creating strong relationships
- Support the design and use of change standards, methodologies and templates
Key Skills required
- Core business analyst skills including requirements gathering, workshops, analysis
- Full project lifecycle experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience within the insurance or e-Commerce sector preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Our client is offering between £35,000 and £50,000 depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package
