Company has been profitable and cashflow positive for 5+yrs, industry leader in it's niche. Has not needed funding in over 5yrs and will not need to raise any more money. This position would be in the company's Mountain View offices which is a start-up within a pre-IPO, small office of about 20 people that will strictly be involved in new product development, R&D and new product marketing.

Required Skills (in order of importance):

  • HTML5/DHTML/XHTML

  • Django or other open source code
  • Experience with A/B Testing and Web Analytics
  • Photoshop
  • Ajax
  • Bachelor's degree (or career equivalent) with 4+ years experience in Web Development.
  • Strong UI/UX design experience
  • Advanced level experience with open source code, HTML/XHTML, CSS, and
  • JavaScript, defined as the ability to hand-code, analyze, debug, and deliver clean, validated, maintainable code.
  • Proficient with content management systems.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile web development project cycle.
  • Solid understanding of database models and structures.
  • Accustomed to rigid QA processes and extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and research skills.
  • Strong cross-team communication skills in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with A/B Testing and Web Analytics
