Salary: GBP35000 - GBP45000 per annum + Bonus & Benefits
The SEO Analyst will work with the Global SEO team to plan, implement, and measure the success of SEO marketing initiatives. This position requires a combination of experience with enterprise-level SEO data analysis and ecommerce performance measurement. Working inside of a large organization with diverse teams, this individual will provide strategic search behavior intelligence and influence SEO projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and quantify areas for SEO improvement and build traffic forecasts based on those observations.
Identify and measure SEO metrics and key performance indicators
Analyze data to make actionable recommendations
Produce thorough keyword research reports
Build relationships with multiple teams across the company to raise SEO’s profile and organize/manage campaigns
Collaborate on large content-related initiatives
Create weekly or monthly reports on SEO initiatives and progress
Incorporate data from SEM, display into SEO report suite.
Maintain a relevant SEO skill set and actively participate in knowledge sharing
Deep practical knowledge of Omniture, Google Analytics or any web analytic tool
Experience working with goals, conversion funnels and segmentation on a large site
Strong Excel modeling skills including use of pivot tables; proficiency in PowerPoint
An excellent understanding of social networks and how they relate to SEO
A deep understanding of internal and external link equity and optimization
Experience measuring SEO/SEM performance on large scale websites.
Working knowledge of data mining/visualization tools like JMP, Tableau, etc.
Local SEO experience preferred. (Google Places, location specific architecture)
Creative approach to building insightful reports
Experience working in a fast-paced environment (start-up experience a plus)
