Partner Integration Manager

Location:  --Reading
Salary:  GBP50000 - GBP65000 per annum + Plus Car & Benefits


We are looking for a talented and unique individual to support in the delivery of our global loyalty programme.

Role Purpose:

Has responsibility for the technical delivery of Loyalty functionality and backend ecosystem in the UK Loyalty product portfolio, meeting usability, quality and functional objectives.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Architect:

•Interpret business requirements into a technical solution across UX, server based systems, data stores and integrations with other systems.
•Assess technical and non-functional characteristics of architecture (capacity, availability, extensibility).
•Propose multiple potential solutions for complex or new problems or processes and makes objective recommendations as to which direction should be taken.
•Lead third-party system integration.
As a Technical Project Manager:

•Drive the design and build process and manage projects.
•Accountable for managing project scope, time, quality, and budget to meet objectives and deliverables.
•Collaborate with business owners on training, testing and related activities.
•Actively lead risk mitigation and management and lead problem resolution as issues arise.
Experience:

•Experience
◦Extensive experience of delivering large scale heavily integrated systems as a TPM and as a Technical Architect.
◦Experience delivering SOA / complex APIs / integrations via REST, SOAP, XML, JSON.
◦Proven success developing applications utilizing an on/offshore model.
◦Practitioner Development methods: Agile, SCRUM, TDD. Experience as scrum master.
◦Expertise in relating/managing complex business and technical interdependences in order to deliver programs successfully.
◦Developer background.
◦Java developer background a plus.
◦Experience with Play framework a plus.
◦Exposure to native mobile development a plus: Android/Java, iOS/Objective-C or WP7/C#.
◦Experience in HTML5 and hybrid Apps a plus.

◦Ability to organize and lead sessions that involve non-technical resources that result in clear requirements and technical design.
Education: BS/MS Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
