Service Management Analyst

Location:  --Scarborough
Salary:  GBP16000 - GBP19000 per annum + Benefits


We currently have a vacancy for a Service Management Analyst to work in the Service Management Department in Scarborough. The Service Management Analyst has responsibility for of of the service management processes, incidents, problems, changes and releases.

You do not need to be an expert in IT; instead we are looking for people with the following skills or abilities:

A commitment to improving the IT service for our customers.
A desire to get behind the processes and discover new ways of doing things.
Previous experience of dealing with service management requests e.g. incidents, problems, changes.
Good customer service, communication and organisational skills.
The ability to manipulate/analyse data.
An aptitude for problem solving and report writing.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Self motivated.
Ability to take responsibility for and manage own workload
We will provide suitable training and development to the successful applicant.

Working hours are within 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work and travel to other Yell Adworks locations may be required.
