Pay rate £11.45 per hour, 17.18 after 8 hours and on Saturdays. Sundays are paid at double time. All rates are PAYE, including 28 days paid holiday per year.
Manpower Driving and Logistics are currently recruiting class 2 ADR drivers on behalf of our client in the Leeds area. The ideal candidate will have delivery experience and must hold a current ADR certificate in packages, minimum of class 2, digi card and a drivers CPC card.
As part of your role you will be driving rigid vehicles, completing multi drop deliveries of gas cylinders. The work will run Monday to Friday with the option to do overtime at weekend. No nights out are required.
A 2-3 week training program will be put in place for the successful candidate.
For insurance purposes, you must have a minimum of 3 years HGV experience, should have no more than 3 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last 10 years. The Ideal candidate will also have some ADR experience but this is not essential.
The role is ongoing and successful candidates may be offered a permanent position.
