We have recently embarked on a large digital transformation program aimed at simplifying & expanding our product offering via a consolidated platform; This platform’s core objective is to create a cutting-edge customer experience; and its goal is to provide large, medium and small businesses as well as drivers with the right solution for all of their fleet and driving needs.

We are currently on the hunt for our Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) – DevOps Manager to setup and champion our DevOps, Quality Assurance and CI/CD Practice. This role will work very closely with the digital management team to setup, foster and manage the CI/CD tools, Automation regression suites, onboarding and coaching direct reports and other technology resources. CI/CD Processes will cover source control, through build automation, merge resolution, CI, test automation, deployment based on tools usage and policies, standards.

Duties

  • Implement and Manage CI/CD tools integration/ operations/ change management and maintenance
  • Manage the QA Automation Leads and support them in building full automation of CI/ Testing suites
  • Develop policies, standards, guidelines, governance and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers
  • On-board/ train and support Cloud Engineers and QA Automation Engineers from source control, through build automation, merge resolution, CI, test automation, deployment based on tools usage and policies, standards
  • Enable DevOps by moving code from Dev/ Test to Staging and Production. Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline
  • Own all cloud environments built

Experience and background required

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or similar discipline highly regarded
  • Formal testing certification such as ISTQB highly regarded
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ development experience
  • Experience designing digital experiences using a mixture of toolsets and programming languages


Specific technical skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Minimum 2 years' project experience with Tosca/Selenium test suite automation
  • Minimum 2 years' project experience with CI/CD Tools (eh: Jenkins, Bamboo …etc.)
  • Proven DevOps experience on building Infrastructure as a code for mid to large projects
  • Knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
  • Experience or exposure to the following technologies: XML, HTML, WPF
  • Experience with setting up, maintaining cloud monitoring tools (Stackdriver, Cloudwatch …etc.)
  • Good understanding of Quality Control and Test Automation in Agile-based Continuous Integration environments
